I don’t care much for texting, but this logic sounds kinda silly. It only takes a few moments to write and send a text, I don’t see how that could possibly take away from the attention you other relationships.

This is one of those things that might be a red flag for you, but not for others. What she is saying is she wants to keep the commitment light. Personally that's a big no for me, unless it was just a friends with benefits thing. She's laid out her expectation and you have to see if you are happy with that or not

Once a day? I think that's rather odd. Texting multiple times and expecting an instant reply is unreasonable. One text a day seems pretty normal for a couple.
