more like... there are right and okay ways to approach anybody, pretty much anywhere (but not everywhere)

and there are ways in which is not okay, and definitely bad

and if you really can't tell about the difference, then maybe you shouldn't be approaching anybody, nowhere... lol

Depends how you approach the woman. I don't think it is appropriate to have saliva pouring out the side of your mouth, blood shot eyes, and ask, "You want some of this?" while pointing to your privates. My general advice is try to treat the other person how they would like to be treated. Problem though is figuring out how the other person wants to be treated when no one is a mind reader. Some people tell others to treat others how they want to be treated. Problem with that is you may still annoy someone by doing that. So just try your best. Be respectful. Try to read the room. If they seem to be on a date with someone, leave them alone. If not, you can approach. Put your self in the shoes of a woman. Men are generally physically more powerful than women. So, don't approach women in such a way that they feel cornered. Make sure they have ample opportunity to get away and feel safe from you.
