Is my sudden marriage proposal genuine love or a romance scam?

I had a partner who I was seeing for a year. He said he was a rich guy from my country. It turned out the whole time that he was causing arguments to test my character and personality before proposing.

He’s proposed to me tonight. He’s just told me that he’s a white Algerian who intends to establish a business in my country who already lives here, in Melbourne. So I was wondering if this is real or a love scam?

He made a huge mistake by lying, he's not trustworthy at all, never be with him. Tell him, “you 've been deceiving me all this time—I can’t be with you anymore,” and then block him everywhere. Sometimes the only way to move on is to completely cut contact. You don’t owe anyone. He really deserves to be blocked.
