The only appropriate answer for me is the last one. "Never have and never will".

Not because I find myself too good for someone but simply because I don't date. Again, never have and never will.

What is dating? The definition of the word "dating" states the following:

"Go out with (someone in whom one is romantically or sexually interested)".

I am not sexually active (never have and never will) because that kind of sporting activity is of no interest to me. Why get a venereal disease and potentially risk my health if I can avoid it. Fornication is not something that interests me so, even if I wanted to lower my standards, this is not something feasible.

I don’t lower my standards. Now some things can be worked through with communication others cannot. There’s the extreme of unrealistic and double standards. But….. as much as it is for me I don’t want to waste someone’s time that I don’t see myself being with. Doesn’t mean there isn’t someone out there for her…. Or mean she’s bad.

So. I think settling for someone is worse than rejecting them.
