Most women lie frequently and if a guy says he has little or no experience, they assume he is lying because the majority of women are promiscuous and can't stand the thought that someone had self control.

Because it's reasonable to be suspicious? Someone hitting 20yo without any dating experience is an odd scenario to me as well. So, if I'm interested in her, I absolutely need to figure out why she is off the charts I know of.

Yeah, but you have to think about it from the perspective of minimizing risk. Women want/need to feel safe. Relationships are a better indication of the guy's longer term social skills and emotional stability.
