Why is my coworker flirting at work but ignoring me on dating apps?

So basically, when I first met this guy it was at work because we are coworkers to be honest I didn’t even notice him at first but the day after our work Christmas party something had shifted he noticed ME and was actively trying to pursue me I wasn’t sure what but he made his presence known to me I honestly thought he had just seen me and wanted to be friends so he would talk to me every shift smile at me ask me how I’m doing what I did the night before or how my day was or what I did before work, sometimes I would catching him looking at me and smiling while I wasn’t looking one time I was walking towards him and he was making eye contact with me and smiling in a way that me he loved me I don't know how to describe it I didn’t realise it at the time but adding everything tg after I realised it made sense


But then everything sort of shifted after this happened so basically I heard he was on tinder so I downloaded it back on my phone in the hopes I could swipe right on him just because who knows to see what might happen I swipe right and we match. He had already swiped right on my profile. I don't know if he didn’t notice it was me or what. But it says my name and u can’t mistake my face I feel like. I also feel like how could it be a mistake if he clicked on my profile and also messaged me so he messaged me three weeks after matching at GET this 2:45am in the morning he said “sup” I was very excited I was up then too I replied at 3:15 “heyyy how’s it going” then NOTHING. radio silence. I saw him at work I thought maybe he hated me he still acted normal was making eye contact smiling. Then three weeks later he unmatched me, I thought maybe he deleted the app. I went onto hinge and he was on there


I liked his profile and NOTHING


He still talks and flirts with me at work

what the hell does that mean?
