Why am I so intensely attracted to this girl when I barely know her?

this girl started going to my gym late last year , she's from my home area but we had never meet before. she came off as cute / attractive at the time so i noticed her rate away. a bit later i found out she also had a part time job at a restaurant that i go to but rarely see her there.

its weird she also has really nice books for her body size as she's fit/thin, i didn't even realise when i meet her that they were that nice and she never shows them off either , at gym she wears loose t shirts and barely notice them but i didn't even notice them when i first meet her so i don't think there the reason i find her so attractive and she never shows them off when i'm around anyways

i talked to her once at the restaurant but never at gym although she always notices me , i also found out that she has a boyfriend although never seen him at gym with her , usually she goes by herself although lately brings random girlfriend's and once she even came with mother which was kind of awkward as she no doubt wondered who i was

she's not the most attractive girl who goes to that gym , is a couple others who've been going for a few years now who are better looking but i'd still agree she is attractive in the sense
