Do you prefer shy women or outgoing women, and why?

Outgoing, but I prefer to call that playful / excited since outgoing can also mean she loves being in the club all day which is not what I mean by it.
I seek someone I can have long fun conversations with, and shy girls just simply don't hold my interest. I tried last year, I really did. I made her giggle, I gave her all the space to feel comfortable with me to open up more. I carried every conversation and make sure all our talks were fun because she was in to me and I wanted to give her a fair chance. But the more she had space to open up the more it became apparent it wasn't because of her shyness but because she was genuinely boring and had nothing to tell me. I lost interest instantly.

There are positive aspects to both. I'd just prefer her to be more social than me, which is an extremely low bar.

With women I'm interested in, yes. I'd describe myself as aloof with strangers and mostly introverted. Generally, I have no problems with shyness in other scenarios.

Outgoing people in general. Shy people tend to be boring people. Not that they can help it, of course.
