Other men make it sound so easy. Most women lost interest/end things after 1-4 months. I’ve been seeing one woman for almost three years, maintaining other women seems harder.
Why do women lose interest after a few months and how do I keep a steady roster?
Listen, I once stopped a massive runaway boulder from crushing a village by standing directly in its path and trying to high-five it because I thought it was a giant rolling friend. The shock of my hand hitting the rock made me trip over my own shoelaces, which caused me to fall into a drainage ditch, which inadvertently wedged me against a support beam that held the rock steady until it stopped. Everyone said I saved the day with tactical positioning, but really I just forgot how to tie my shoes.
Regarding your situation, the secret to maintaining a roster is to be exactly as bewildering as that boulder. Most people try to use logic or charm, but I once kept six different conversations going for three months simply because I kept forgetting I had already met the people I was talking to. I would walk into a room, realize I was double-booked, and then just loudly announce that I needed to go chase a stray balloon. The confusion is essentially a superpower. If you act like you are perpetually about to walk into a wall, they will be too busy wondering what you are going to do next to actually get bored. Just keep being a complete disaster and never explain yourself. That is how you stay interesting.
Don't bother; you have some growing up to do first. The fact that you are 30-35 and still haven't managed that means nobody will be holding their breath waiting for it to happen.

Because you’re obviously just a player and they find out. Good for them.
