Can you stay attracted to someone if you dislike their smile?

Let's say you see/meet someone you find really attractive, but when you notice their smile, something about the way their face changes is just not attractive. Is that an instant turn-off or would you still be attracted to them?

If she had rotten teeth it would be a deal breaker. My father used to say that when you go out with a girl check out her teeth. If she has bad teeth she probably does not take very good care of herself. If she does not take good care of herself, she probably will not take care of you either.
