What are some ways an average looking guy can get a date in 2026? Dating apps don't work, or if they do it's usually women I'm not attracted too. I've always been told I'm funny, I can hold a convo and a good listener but that does nothing when you don't look like Idris Elba or Morris Chestnut.. I try to dress nice also (or at least approachable) I've also been told I look waaaay better without my glasses but I'm blind as Ray Charles and have a hard time with contact lenses.. what is it that I can do and please no "hit the gym bro" comments please

Most men are average looking so it’s not a setback if you have strategies like telling jokes, being gracious, being respectful and noble minded. If you are a blank slate with no relationship knowledge, you can acquire social charms by listening and watching others.

Work on yourself and be exposed to women. That's all you can ever really do. The rest is just up to fate unfortunately.

Go out and talk to women! Ask them out after a candid talk. The initial is easy, but the success rate isn't. No matter you will gain confidence and get a yes! I've done this multiple times myself.

I came to say this as well. Give the dating apps a break and try getting out and socializing instead!
