Do girls now want perfect men?

Question

Any girl 20-30 is asking for a perfect guy. 101 boxes to tick. It makes sense for women to be picky but it gets to a weird point where girls are just happy to be single and childless. I don’t know anyone my age that is married with kids. Men are low priority to them and only to be considered if they are like perfect, if they 3X their life.

It doesn’t make sense when you can look at a whole gender and be like wtf are you all doing? Women think travelling is more important and fulfilling then love and family how broken is society.

Yeah we’ve watched, experienced and learned that y'all aren’t worth it. You suck the life and joy out of us to the point that ”the post breakup/divorce glow up” is a known thing. Women in relationships gaining wait, losing hair, have their skin age. All because you bring stress and heartache into our lives. You lie, cheat, manipulate, play, abuse, don’t do shit around the house, don’t do any childrearing, aren’t romantic what so ever, are selfish in bed and expect 50-50. Why would women bring a man into her life when this is what she gets if she does? Nah, now you actually have to be a good person, have good morals, be attractive and make the womans life better for her to want to be with you. Otherwise yes, many women are rather single than to be treated like a maid with benefits who also have to pay half your rent, food and bills. Being single at least we can sleep well at night knowing nobody is cheating on us, we can feel good about ourselves without someone bringing us down, we don’t have to be disappointed by a partner forgetting/not caring about valentines/Christmas/birthday/anniversary, we only have to pick up after ourselves, only have to do our own laundry, can eat whatever we want for dinner without anyone telling us that’s not a proper dinner or asking what’s for dinner and nobody is nagging us for sex. We have family, friends and pets to keep us company. Can ask family/friends or hire someone if we need help with anything. We can even have kids on our own if we want to (sperm donor, adoption, coparent for example with a gay man there are websites where you can find people for this). In the past women were oppressed and couldn’t own anything or even have a bank account without a man. If a woman was single she was looked down upon, not to mention if she had a child without being married to a man. Back then women needed men, because men built a system were they oppressed women because that was the only way they could get what they wanted out of women. So, back then just being a man and having some sort of job was enough to get a woman because she was desperate. He was considered a good man if he didn’t beat you or drink too much. The bar was in hell. Now when women are more equal to men and don’t need men for their survival women can have standards and when no man meet their standards they can just remain single, and many do - because we aren’t desperate anymore.

Women don't expect perfect men. That has never been the case. However, there is a concept called hypergamy, which is statistically and factually true. Women always date "up". They prefer to date men who have the POTENTIAL to make as much or more than they do. They prefer men who are as intelligent or more intelligent than themselves. In pretty much every aspect, just think... the same or better. That's what they want in men. And with the high academic and career achievements women have nowadays, their options for the same level or higher is limited. If women want to find partners nowadays, they need to learn to be more realistic of where they are valued in the dating market and aim for that level of man. Because men will never care about their job or income.

Yes everyone ever wants the hot "10" woman or the hot "Stud" guy. But that's delusional. Most of us know that and it's just a fun fantasy for a guy to imagine being with Jessica Alba or a woman to imagine being with Brad Pitt. But how many people like Alba and Pitt actually exist in this world?

The trouble is that stupid people who are bad at math have found the internet and actually been convinced by "Influencers" that the fantasy is achievable despite all evidence to the contrary. Not my problem and not something I worry about.

I would say the problem is less that they want perfect men than they want complete control. Problem is, that's not a relationahip. Don't get it twisted, women today have EXTENSIVE expwctations on a man to be sure. But most of them are sacrificeable for what she considers the RIGHT man (problem is what she consider the "right" man is actually generally trash😆). But typically where she goes wrong is she wants to control every aspect of the relationship. That's not to say she doesn't want to feel like the man is in charge. But she wants to second guess him the entire time. And a strong man will tolerate that to a point. But a SMART man say, "no thank you" from the jump.😆

They just expect men that are FAR better than they are and FAR out of their league. Most of them are delusional and way overrate their own value and will never have someone compatible, and the majority of the problem is that most women have become so low quality that they are only good enough for the men that nobody wants.

We’ve been so traumatized by our experiences with men that we don’t want to date anymore. Life has been more peaceful since I stopped dating a few years ago.
