Why do men say they want to marry cute girls but only want to chase and pay attention to the sexy and hot girls?

Well you have to understand what I mean when I say sexual attraction. The cute girls is attractive in a different way. It's hard to explain. In no way do we think the cute girl is ugly. In fact, we might even think they are more beautiful than the sexy girl. It's hard to explain unless you can feel what it's like staring at a sexy girl. Like a sexy girl is really like a drug. Obviously they are people but they really are a drug to the male mind.

A cute girl is someone you actually see and feel bonded to. You don't see a sexy girl. You see a drug. To be clear a sexy girl is a girl with a big butt or big boobs. However, the clothing plays a huge part. Personally I dont give af about boobs. But it's all subjective I suppose. A cute girl however does not have those features or at least not to the extent that it hijacks your mind.

You don't understand. The cute girl is the only desirable one. The other girl just triggers bodily responses which is part of the reason I cannot see her as a romantic partner.

I don't like the word chase. I believe both people should want each other. If I have to chase you or vice versa that is an issue. Chasing implies one person is running away.

I may pay attention to the sexy girl and if I chase her my intention is sex. If I chase the cute girl my intention is not sex or not only sex. I don't think about sex as a motive with the cute girl.

I think the problem is you possibly see love and romance and sex as all the same thing.
When I think about love and romance I think of a cute girl.
When I think about sex, I think of a sexy girl.
When I think about making love, I think of a cute girl.

The sexy girl is just better, to no fault of her own, at stimulating my bodily functions and subconscious mind through the aid of appearance. Lol why do you keep twisting my words? The cute girl makes me feel 100x better than the sexy girl. The sexy girl just makes me feel horny. And I wouldn't cheat on my wife/girlfriend.
Cheating probably has nothing to do with looks. You saying the sexy girl is more attractive and desirable and I'm telling you that is not the case. Maybe you don't have a lot of experience or something? I'm done replying back. I cannot make you understand. Having a big butt or big boobs doesn't automatically make you more attractive than someone who has smaller. What it does do is activate bodily function in man much more readily. But that is it. Attraction is complex it's not just body parts. Also I'm just 1 guy. This is just my personal experience. Some guys may be different than me. Also you have a different idea of what is cute vs sexy.

I think this is either confirmation bias OR the guys you are interested do this. I am usually not attracted to the ones most people seem to think are "hot" or "sexy" and am in fact often repulsed by that type.

Your definition of a cute girl versus a hot/sexy girl probably differs great from others, including mine. In my experience guys will chase a wide range of girls in their 20's, but get more selective when choosing who to settle with, most don't want to settle with a girl who is sexually promiscuous.

Well the exact same happens to guys too, where a girl in her 20's lives the party lifestyle, loves the bad boy type, then later she goes for a nice sweet respectable guy to settle down with.
