He ghosted me on our first date day from Hinge—should I just move on?

Meet a guy on hinge. We chatted for a while and decided to exchange numbers. We been texting and talking on the phone every night since July 17th.
Due to my busy weekend last week, we decided to go on a date today (Sunday).

He said he would text me the details the day off.
We talked on the phone last night again and eventually ended to call to go to sleep.
Today radio silence. Nothing. Not even text.
I know he is adjusting to the “civilian” life since he just got out of the military in May. Moved to our are in June.

Just need advice.
I’m thinking since I reached out in the morning with a good morning text and he hasn’t replied back , I won’t be reaching out to him again.
My friends are telling me that if I don’t hear from him just to block him.

Unfortunately he appears to be ghosting you. Don’t text him anything else. If he doesn’t text you back in 5-7 days then for sure block him, but don’t wait for his text either. Just start moving on.

Yeah that’s pretty common on dating sites. People are there to fluff up their own egos at the expense of others. Men and women alike and sadly people there to genuinely find someone even if they are attractive don’t get far so they leave.

You also have very desperate people who can’t find anyone in real life
