Facial hair has only been going on for 3weeks I use to be clean shave but still got called ugly etc under the sun by women.

I'm pretty sure you never got called disgusting, unattractive, or ugly by women in general. You need to work on your mind / personality before you start doing a Michael Jackson number on your face.

That's probably more of it. But shouldn't be a complete roadblock, maybe you need to be a bit more realistic about the type of woman. There are dating apps for neurodivergent people, maybe try one of those

Apps called Hiki or Wable apparently. Haven't used myself, but just Google it.
I know people on the spectrum who are in relationships, it's not impossible.
