We have 2 hour distance. We went on a first date. He was being sweet saying he can do something for me. I was being cute saying I do want him to help me with it. Then he say to go to him… and so I playfully ask when does he want me to come. And all he said is say “soon” with a silly tongue face. Why does he say that instead of the actual date? What does he want me to do or what should I do?

That vague response is flaky and frustrating, especially right after a great first date when you're looking for clarity and momentum. The playful "soon" and an emoji just show how immature he really is. Surely you can do better.
Yeah that’s how it feels being on the female end with that type of response…
2 hours is a long drive. It requires decent planning, and that’s 4 hours driving there and back. Gotta pick out a whole day to hang out lol
Yes I know and I know he wants me to drive to him this time which I don’t mind and it’s fair. But I mean why he say that than pick a day? I don't know what am I supposed to say
How is he supposed to know at that very moment? Let him look at his schedule and see when it works for him too
Um ok what do I say to his comment
Nothing, wait for him to see if a day works for you too.
Errr... talk to him. Text is an incredibly sparse medium. To a close approximation, text means nothing, ever.
He probably did want to talk specifics at that moment. Message him and iron it out.
Oh really? What do I say exactly…
Like I already asked when he want me to come and he said soon.. so I don't know what else to say
Maybe he doesn't have a set schedule yet, so he doesn't know when he will be available. I wouldn't worry unless this became routine.
Okay, what should I say though? Do I just say “okay☺️” and leave it as that?
Ask him for a time and date.
I feel like I’m prompting him for a second date but it makes me feel like he don’t exactly know if he does want it bc he’s not setting it…
