that really depends on what you mean by "a quiet person"

some of my friends, one of my exes... are usually more on the "quiet" and "listen/observe" side of things during GROUP situations so in reality they were more reserved in that context... one on one though, or smaller groups that they know better... they were not that quiet or not quite at all...

and personally, with me... they were big time yappers as well and could just go all day

but, if they're quiet, pensive and reserved even when they're just with me, then... probably not... that's not dating, that's just two people hanging out together in the same room but not really into each other, lol

I can do that with my cats, instead
