People say you have to put effort like going up to a guy you know to start conversations if you wsnt him to ask you out.

I remember being passive since I was younger even with friends. If a friend stopped talking to me, I let it happen even if I questioned it or it hurt, I never approached them to hang out. so it is with people today.

No. All you have to do is learn how to attract them. Men are visual creatures & if you see one you're interested in you need to make eye contact & smile. Once you get to know them a bit start grooming them (lint off shirt, even if there is not, especially if there is none.

Small touches here & there, eye contact after, smile, play with your hair. Play to your strengths. Blush when he says something provocative. There's this drunk dreamy look a woman can give & they usually lick their lips after, I think it's subconscious mostly but if you can get that down you have it MADE.

In my experience, passive/ shy women are only shy around people they don't know.. I am extremely good at putting shy people at ease.. So shyness, for me isn't a problem.
