I think sewer-sliding or unaliving yourself is much more common. Definitely see both in global news regularly.

But do you wonder why people cheat? Understanding it might help you regardless of which thoughts you are getting. And look. I never cheated or was cheated on but critical thinking can reveal more than mindless experiencing.

I just brainfarted about why but it is definitely not because you lack anything. The hottest and most perfect people ever get cheated on, for the reason of variety. No matter how hot you are, if your partner is with you because you are hot, then they will cheat. Hotness is only a real thing for those who are actively perceiving it. Which is like a fertility detector mode. Which means it is a biological drive to populate the earth. Which means seeking more quickies. ㅤ

I mean i understand the feeling for the hurt and disrespect. But when you get a little time and distance from what she did, you realize what blessing it was. Because by the act she showed you her quality (or rather lack of it). You would have never surmised what a terrible and morally bankrupt person she was had she not done this. And you would still be WASTING your life with her.

So as i say, once you get some time and distance from it you'll realize it was a blessing. A hurtful blessing, but a blessing nonetheless. And i promise you, she still the same person. She will eventually have this done in kid to her by another. Not all sins go unpunished in this life.💯👍
