Yes, I’ve been afraid before. He cheated on me twice and got angry when confronted, he would have temper tantrums. And the week before we officially broke up, we were moving out of our flat and he had a tantrum because he’d agreed to pay for half of the cleaning costs and then he didn’t pay for them, so I had to work extra hours that week just to cover his half. He started throwing things around the room and breaking down. I left and came back hours later once he’d calmed down. Luckily he wasn’t violent after the break up. He understood why I broke up with him and he didn’t hold it against me.
