My guy friend confessed that he likes me as more than a friend and he knows I feel the same way towards him...
he has an overnite job working in a warehouse and he does get tired out... however he never messages me first but he does reply to me and he does tell me he misses me when I tell him I miss him... and he doesn’t like planning too far ahead...
is he uninterested in me? Or is he being cautious with me? (He’s a virgin still)

I am 27F, I contribute my singleness to bad luck and not being desirable enough to be in a relationship with a guy I’d wanna date. I have low self esteem but I’ve been told I’m cute, I sometimes look through a good photo and wonder why a decent guy hasn’t come around yet. I’m not asking for a lot: cute, taller than me by at least 2 + inches, decent career, independent etc. Personality too of course, the last guy I saw years ago was funny and treated me decent but he wasn’t attractive, even other people told me I could do better. To know it’s 3+ years and the universe is saying I can’t do any better, I know I’m not a 10 but I mean cmon. Do most people get what they’re looking for?

My guy friend took forever to tell me how he feels while I was cuddled up in his arms... it took him over 2 years to confess his feelings towards me and he was telling me all of my good qualities that he sees in me...
he was also curious to know if I still talk to my exboyfriend and wanted to see my phone as well... he was a bit offended when I didn’t answer my phone...

meanwhile he straight up asked this other girl who he knows is a good friend of mine saying he will date her and he was not hesitant...

We spoke briefly through hinge, he asked for my number so I gave him my IG. He followed me but I didn’t follow back. He was usually responding to my stories and sending messages, Wednesday he asked if I wanted to go out for drinks. I said I’d rather stay in but would be down to videochat. I wasn’t really feeling him, I cut it short after an hour. Before we videochatted, he asked if I wanted to go with him to a block party for New Years and would cover my entry fee. I told him I wasn’t sure, after the video chat he sent a message saying to have a good night. I simply replied with you too and haven’t heard from him since. He saw my message and stories today, I just find it odd that he hasn’t sent any messages considering he was more engaged before we video chatted. He ghosted alright

I’m almost 25 and haven’t dated anyone ever by choice so far and now I’m ready to start having a love life but at the same time not waste any time (which was one of the reasons why I haven’t dated)

Since I’ve never been on a date, i want to know if it’s too early to bring up that I only want an exclusive relationships (no hook ups, friends with benefits, causal dates, etc) or that I’m only interested in a boyfriend.

if not, when’s the earliest I can tell guys this so that I don’t waste time seeing guys who clearly want otherwise?

I believe there is. But my issue is with people who feel the need to voice out the fact that they're "high value". When I hear people say that it's a complete turn off to me, because it comes off as arrogant. Sometimes it depends on the context, but it's still not nice to hear.
People know that from the energy you excude. People know that from the way you talk, dress, set boundaries etc.

Men and women calling themselves high value reminds me of those who call themselves Alpha male/woman lol. It's lame 😂

I keep seeing people on my posts say they couldnt turn down a smoker among other things because they’re not attractive enough to have a dating preference. Thats honestly a sad mindset. Its disheartening. So here’s a few words of encouragement that even the cockiest mf may need to hear every once in a while when they’re feeling down... *puts on my Morgan Freeman voice*...
