I asked a question about something similar to this before.

A while ago she told me her and her best friend used to have history and have “fucked around before” (she said didn’t they didn’t have sex but he’s grabbed her boobs and I’m assuming made out or whatever)

and at first I was a little nervous that she’s best friends with a dude she’s done shit with before. But I trust her, and I decided I was being a little insecure due to being cheated on in my last relationship. So I forgot about it.

Today I was walking home with her and we were going back and forth with the little roasts/jokes we do. (We’re both sarcastic people, we’ll poke fun at each other sometimes)
And one it her responses to me was something along the lines of “Okay, I’ll kiss my best friend in front of you”

she was joking around but it was just a joke that was too real for me considering I already had concerns about her being attracted him..

And it was very out of nowhere. I don’t remember what I said but I remember not understanding the correlation of why she would bring him up.

I didn’t get mad at her or anything because I felt it was just something stupid I was overthinking about.
I just get nervous because my ex used to make “jokes” about having a second boyfriend and it turned out to be true...
So am I ignoring red flags or just being insecure?

I am in love with Scandinavians.

She is a master at hand-to-hand fighting, has a black belt in karate, is trained in mixed martial arts and kickboxing, is 5'10", weighs 170 lbs, and can deadlift 250. She's a nice person, but takes no crap from anyone and could kick your ass six ways from Sunday (unless you too are as skilled), as well as most people's. She's not "good for a woman." She's "world champion good." Would you date her?

Suppose a guy is 5'6 and is almost the same height as you can you be attracted to him and be in a loving relationship with him?

And guys can you be comfortable with a girl almost your height , especially if you are a guy on the shorter side of spectrum?

When I was 15, I had no interest in dating; I was late in reaching some of my social milestones. Then I was in college and my life felt rather unsettled. The idea of dating made me feel anxious. I was certain that a girl would get bored with me in five minutes. I felt unattractive and I also suffered from chronic depression.

I had all the excuses to not date but, at age 16, I started dating. It was sporadic at first but gradually became more regular until I was dating as much as the people around me. At age 65, I have probably had a first date with at least 200 different women and I am very comfortable with going to meet someone for a first date.

I'm not a superhuman. It didn't require a superheroic effort. I just told myself that if I was ever going to have a reasonably normal life and find a partner, I needed to suck it up and force myself to get past all the excuses.

I've asked several questions here recently about dating and I am surprised at the number of users in their late teens and twenties who have never been on a date, or they went on one date three years ago. So. . . this question's for you. Why haven't you dated? What's your excuse?

I understand that the current teens and young 20-somethings do things differently, so that's why I ask. If you have a first date to arrange and you know that your prospective partner will agree to whatever you suggest, what is your ideal first date? And why do you choose that over the other alternatives?

My generation usually opts for the traditional dinner date at a fairly nice restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is quiet so we can have some conversation and hear each other, there are no concerns about a bar fight erupting, and we can both verify that the other one does not chew with their mouth open. Once we get an opportunity to make sure that they don't run in the house with scissors, we're good to go! :) :) :)

So what's your ideal first date?

except the rich and successful (or those on their way) can very likely be lonely too. Haters gonna hate on these successful ones (jealousy of the poor).

I'm 28 single, 40k salary (American)
Average/Slim build
5'11", 165lbs, roughly 20% body fat

Even these days racism is rampant and it might actually be increasing, our efforts to reduce racism are backfiring because we did not know how to do it right and now we have screwed up. Some of us are quite open with our racism but others keep a friendly exterior while holding hate within.

There was an Indian on Quora, and he shared his experience of racism in the United States, which was rather surprising to me. He went to find an apartment for himself and his white girlfriend, the estate agent showing him the apartments was a white woman as well. She showed him two apartments and said that there were no other apartments available. He came back home and told his girlfriend that there were only two apartments available and he liked neither, but his girlfriend understood what had actually happened. She went to the same estate agent and suddenly there were five apartments available in the same building.

It is a rather sad story, but it is reality and we have to deal with reality. Back to the original topic, the question, are you open to dating someone of a different race?

I was a christian and lived without any tattoos until late last year when I experienced a traumatic event that questioned my faith.

After that event, I thought I would get a small tattoo to commemorate and have since become addicted and gone through a drastic tattoo transformation. A lot of my tattoos are somewhat satanic and occult related.

I haven't dated for a while due to the whole COVID situation but I was wondering if being heavily inked would scare off potential matches? Or maybe even a turn on for some?
