Polls: Dating

I've been dating this guy who I knew from high school for a couple weeks. Just casual nothing serious but all my friends say when we hang out we act like a couple he's always holding me and we kiss when we greet each other and he introduces me to his friends.

I slept over his place on Friday night and we had fun and Saturday morning we had fun just chatting and stuff and he said lets get brunch don't leave yet, but I had to go meet a friend and wanted to shower and stuff

Normally he texts me every day but now I haven't heard from him for 3 days and I don't know what's going on. Nothing has changed as far as I know. I texted him Saturday night asking what he was doing and he responded asking where I was going and when we were gonna hang and stuff but now I haven't heard from him since then and he normally texts me a lot so now I'm concerned.

Should I text him first or wait till he comes to me? I hate games but I know guys like to play them and my friends keep telling me to wait till he texts me because I need to make him think that I don't miss him. Not sure if that is the best advice.

A co-worker texted me to say "have a nice trip" --- since I was going on vacation. The conversation carried on for about 6 hours (on and off of course) well into his work shift but he continued to talk to me

About 50 texts were exchanged. I like this guy so I made sure to continue the convo.

Do you think the same was true for him? He kept texting because he likes me?

The conversation was mostly joking with one another, playful banter.

At one point, I said "I will tell you but only because I like you" and he texted back in like 3 seconds "sure you do" I responded with "Do I lie?" and he said "Do you lie?"

Is he just trying to figure me out and see if I like him for real?

Do most guys like or dislike giving women foot massages?

I was just wondering, cause personally I don't really care for feet; they're good for walking, but other than that I don't like feet that much. I do like having my feet massaged however, but I don't expect a guy to do it since I wouldn't wanna do his. lol

But it seems like quite a few guys actually like feet so I was just wondering.

I've met a few guys recently whom I've really hit it off with, but they are leaving soon for 3-6 month travel expeditions in Europe or Asia.

How would you date someone like this? Would you? Why or why not?

This is a bit of an awkward situation, but my guy friend claims his first kiss was from spin the bottle. Does that even count? I know he's kissed other girls since then. I was the first date, girl he liked kiss. Idk, it was an awkward conversation, but I wasn't just about to jump on it and say umm that doesn't count... because that would lead to me and I think there were some unresolved feelings with that relationship with me. Anyways, what do you think? Do those count?

Guys if you got a blank text from a girl, and you responded with something like, "Why did you send me a blank text?"

And the response was something like..."Hmm, I don't think I did, sounds like a lame excuse to text me ;)"

Would you think it was cute or a little needy/ lame?

Would you catch on to the fact that it was a ploy for attention? Or would this be a case when guys are conveniently oblivious?

Recent web article I saw said that the feelings developed between people engaged in online/cyber relationships are typically more intense and heart-felt than real life ones of the same length of time because, due to restrictions in physical and verbal cues, you both end up sharing more of yourself in a shorter period of time and this builds a stronger emotional bond.

Do you agree that's true? That love can really develop between people who have never met before? Or is it just infatuation and/or idealism where the feelings go away much faster than they would after a RL breakup?
