Without a reasonable inheritance tax, they may well be able to get away with being like that. Their kids will probably starve, though.

I’m a black rich kid set up for success. I’m becoming a doctor and one day I can take over one of the biggest medical company in America that my dad built! I too have had a glorious upbringing and a mansion. Didn’t stop me from wanting to go further. Plus, it’s my parents success not mine!
@Tdieseler The myTake is completely backwards though. Substance abuse is strongly correlated with poverty, and "sheltered rich kids" tend to have the most successful lives. Literally, and I mean literally, this myTake has everything wrong.

This is why wealth usually dies at the latest with the third generation.
unless they super stupid rich.

It's the millennial generation. Spoiled brats who think society owes them something.
Don't rich kids always become cocaine addicts and stuff? And like aren't rich girls really shallow and also really, really, really, promiscuous?
Depends if mummy and daddy will finance your life without giving you misery.
jgirl532-You're so right in your assertion. I've seen this scenario play out numerous time. It's not pretty when Kama comes home to roost.
lol that's bullshit, because we have money it doesn't mean we are junkies.
Stop generalizing.
she wasn't generalizing, and DEFINITELY not talking about you. she was describing her town... also she said "many" not "all". so stop personalizing.
@Tdieseler What's your mouth with me.

"Set Up" doesn't sound appropriate. Anyway, many sheltered and/or rich kids fail but NOT ALL.
Sorta, but remember if anything happens mommy and daddy can come bail them out 😑

I thought that was common knowledge.

Sounds like a downturn sadly to say
Everyone will struggle eventually.
