Does it make a person dumb if he/she is horrible at math?

It just means they aren't good at math.
In real life, those who are extremely good at math are not that intelligent as a whole. Technical minds are often lacking in social ability, which is how the stereotype of math/science geeks and nerds arise.
It is actually a red flag if the person is a brilliant mathematician, because it probable means they are socially inept and awkward.
In practice, most people with an average or above average understanding of a technical field can do their job adequately. But the ones who excel at interpersonal skills are the ones who are the best and brightest among the bunch.
Math is pretty easy so you are kind of a dropped egg if you dont know anything
I can understand math levels like Algebra being easy but isn't Calculus 1 considered a "Weed Out" level in most colleges for average people who aren't math experts or just doesn't like math in general?
To be honest, I don't hate math. I just don't like the way some teachers or professors teach them, which derails my confidence in my math.
You can be smart af in real life and not be good at math. Math is not the only subject that depends on logic.
No because they could be so good at English and English I'd say in our society is more useful than math
