Very. Did it before and it's doable, but hard. He would make time to say hello to me as he was getting off work (during the day) and I was heading to work, and would stay awake as long as he could, even get up a little early to chat with me before he went to work that night.

But the only time we really saw each other was on his off days.
Relationships like that just take patience and learning how to set aside "date nights" for each other when you're both off.
