I advise been an advisor, which is right down the middle. That way you just make suggestions to either one. Been a leader means you may have to have someone whipped in front of the community as a form of discipline, an example of disobedience. I just don't have the balls for that. Yet if you can do it, your ovaries are bigger than my balls.
Then perhaps, like myself, you'd make a good advisor? Yet.. an advisor takes action. As an observer, you stay quietly in the background... which is what I'd rather do, myself, in some situations. It might be the wise thing to do, actually.

Leader of myself. I don't follow anyone unless they are going to help me.
I am more of a leader because I can't trust anyone doing my work
I am a control freak
I’d say leader, but probably in the group labeled “Want it done right, do it yourself.”
A follower at my job. I have little choice there. Neither otherwise, pain in the ass..
A leader definitely. Because if your not in the lead, the view never changes
Mostly follower, but if it's necessary I can take charge.
I see my self as a leader because, i have my firm points and views on any matter that a follower usually don't have.
I'm a leader I always have the answers, a way out, and know what needs done
I definitely don't lead people but I also don't follow blindly neither.
Many people believe I have the stuff to be a leader
I'm mostly an observer. Sometimes a follower depending on the situation
I take on both roles when they are necessary.

Follower definitely. I suck at giving orders
A true leader is both.
I can do both, but I am happier as a follower.
Neither really, I am mostly a loner.
I am neither nor. I observe

Well said. For someone who is 16, you are very keen.
@Insomnia72 thanks and I fall under all depending on the situation but I like watching an learning what's going on
I will follow you to the end of the earth
I can be both depending who I'm with
I don't follow and I hate leading
