At work, I always get left to do everything. I work in a nursery and I seem to be the only one who does real work. Everyone else is constantly leaving me with all the kids so they can smoke, or check their phone, or have a private chat. I get so stressed and angry over it because it’s not fair. I’m going to talk to my manager but should I do it now or wait until after my probation period? It ends in a month.

Probation is a period at work where they decide if they want to keep you… I don’t even know what a felony is. I’m English
