My coworker and i are both going for the same internal position at my company, and we're both in HR so we can see each others applications from inside the system. We both applied two weeks ago and we're both definitely moving on to final round interviews, but my coworker has been going in and tweaking her resume, as if she's remembering things she forgot to add. Since we're both guaranteed to move onto final round - is it unfair?
