One with all the entertainment and the other one 100% for studies, so even the recommendations are of studies only.
What do you think about it. I personally think it to be an amazing idea. Compartmentalization.
I do the same in a way but I compartmentalize "work" away from "personal" with my accounts which seems quite similar. I don't like to mix or blur the two and my past attempts to do so were often bad for PR.
One thing I really, really wish I did if I was to do my life over was to separate not only my accounts in this respect but even my own name. I often wish I adopted a business
pseudonym/pen name.
I'm far from a celebrity but I ended up breaking into my field and industry by publishing works on the internet under my own name as a teenager. I built up momentum that way to point of job offers and a reputation that was unfortunately tied to my actual name. That has blurred my private life with my public image in ways I never anticipated or ever became comfortable about.
It's something I recommend everyone seriously consider before publishing any major works in a public space is to seriously consider a pseudonym so that you can keep your private life more separate if those works ever end up becoming extremely famous.
One of the pros of using my real name is that I was able to show off a bit to my acquaintances and friends like I took take them to a bookstore like Barnes & Nobles and show them various books citing my name and my contributions to my industry. That was fun and good for some bragging rights. :-D
But at the same time, if my work was criticized even by the odd reviewer, I'd read a magazine article and they'd cite my real name and I'd take it personally and be far more upset than I should or probably would if I had a business pseudonym. And for me at least as someone who is far more sensitive about the oddball negative review than I should or ever normally care to admit, the personal pain I'd take from those negative writings about me would far exceed the glowing things I ever encountered in terms of their effect on me emotionally.
So I definitely would have adopted a business pseudonym if I did my life over.
I have three gmail accounts. One is used strictly for work-related matters. The second is used for routine personal matters, statements on persona accounts (like electric,) friends, family, etc. The third is used for online dating and for any matters where I have a reason to suspect that my email address may be harvested and sold for commercial purposes.
I have 2 emails one for personal things one for friends
