Why do I think I deserve to be a leader at work all the time when now I saw my female boss teaching something to a coworker and it hit me?

That im NOT. she's kinda motherly even though i find her creepy. she's more of a leader than me. Im such a follower. I see why she's a leader.

I am SUCH A follower its not even funny. Even when i have to train noobs at work im so soft and follower-like lol. I don't know why my ego always gets hurt wen others get promoted over me. Smh.
