Try Cambly app. Subscription based, conversation with live people app.
I saw it somewhere and it felt good to me.
But since my English is already pretty good, I skipped it.
You definitely can try it.

I am from India.
Nice to meet you . When did you learn English?
We are taught English from the start. 1st standard onwards.
But I give the credits for my English to my mom, for Grammar, and to the novels I read , for my conversation English, that I am speaking right now.
Okey thank you
@foreigngirl7 👍
Try reading children's books first.
After that, move on to young adult novels. The easier ones. You can opt for a newspaper too. They are good too, to be honest.
After that, if you feel confident enough, then move on to classics.
I am honestly telling you, Dracula by Bram Stoker is like the most difficult novel I have read till date, and I am still reading it.
I took the novels approach, which started from 8th standard and still continues on.
But you can take specialized books for English approach too. I have heard that there are comprehension books available in the market. Maybe try those too.
I have an English degree I will help you
How?
Well if you have questions about the language and stuff you can message me
