Since a "stressful day" for me usually entails a 16 hour shift, and another shift starting 8 hours after I get off, my best option is to drive home and try to get as much sleep as possible (max would be about 7 hours).

Yea same I stream online make as much as I would making 17.50 an hour I label myself and a high kill count player on fortnite normally I get 10+ kills every game and win last couple days have been crap through but there tomorrow. It’s better then working at McDonald’s

I usually take a good long shower just before going to bed. Trust me half of the stress would be gone by the time you finish showering.

The main thing I do is try to give my body what it needs the most is nourishment and sleep. I usually take a hot shower and meditate to put my mind at ease.In the future? Sex.

Sometimes j find something that helps a bit but mostly well I just hide away from things. It seems the easiest thing to do. As well I don't know many people and the one Id like to talk to I've not seen in 6 months. And it's not like anyone's interested in me either.
I put on pajamas, light incense or a candle, get under the covers and watch TV lol. I'm definitely feeling what that cat is feeling.

Sadly, I turn to a pizza buffet. It tastes so good! Fortunately, I'm now a regular meditator and the stressful days are far and few in between. When those rare stressful days do occur, I still go to the pizza buffet.

surrounded by the purring of my affectionate cats~I do a little nap but without falling asleep - I just lie down and relax like if I was going to have a nap but put an alarm in 10-20min - I LOVE IT it resets me

if you live by water, go to it you will be surprised how that calms you down I had a house and had a stressful job would walk out to the boat dock and calm down in 5 minutes

I rarely talk about my day of workingI usually work out and then make some new recipe, unless of course, one of my girlfriends is staying over. In that case, work out, go for a dinner somewhere nice and spend the night together.

Workout with the intensity of a thousand suns and exert maximum effort. I end up too exhausted to care about the stress, plus a nice shower after feels like washing all my problems away.
After a stressful day of school (work) I relax with a treat and a cup of tea and maybe watch something like anime.
