
If you were going to hire an employee, she had good credentials & a good interview, but you found this picture of her on FB, would you still hire her?


Probably not, speaking from a business mans mindset, finding people wouldn't be a problem because people apply everyday and I would create an assumption considering I don't know how old the picture is, I would assume this person is probably still unprofessional and pretending to be professional and I would risk my company with an employee like that, of course that all depends on the business I'd be running tho, if it's a strip club I'd most likely higher someone like that but comparing it to like a office or dealership or something of that sort and I'm seeking for hospitality and professionalism then I'd probably deny this person's application, it's about not taking the risk more than anything personal tbh
I think honestly this is part of her private life, it doesn’t matter with work life. Plus, it’s an episode of years ago, she could be changed and matured in those years, in the photo she seems very young. I’ll give her a trial period of some weeks to see if she has strange attitudes or she shows immaturity then proceed with regular employment if she satisfies my expectations.

I would not hire her. I interviewed somebody to work in my department. He had a Facebook page that had a video of him using a sky trolley in his backyard. It showed him using the trolley and purposely crashing into a tree. I thought he was an idiot and did not consider him for the job.
