It’s affecting the quality of my life. I sometimes have phone calls with my boss and the dog is so incredibly loud I can’t even hear her. I work 100% remote.
I can imagine not all owners care, or want to care about this kind of problem but it would drive me mad in 30 seconds flat.
Sonic bark devices seem good assuming they work. I bought a sonic whistle last time my neighbors left their dog whining all night, and my mobile phone mitigated a whiny cat I had (not all phones can do this).
Sadly they don't work for humans.
Beyond that, call the authorities. It shouldn't be your problem and it's your job.
That is part of having neighbors. You can only do something if it violates the noise ordinance in your neighborhood which is usually only around 11pm-6am
