Lmao i fckin hate folks. I told y'all I’m not a people person. I love to smile and joke around in a nonprofessional setting but when it comes to work, I’m robotic as a mf. I try to cut off all emotions and maybe fake a smile when deep down I couldnt give a lovely motherfck about these silly ass hoes. I got a client down my throat rn, and I’m really bout to bite tf out his shit and spit his ass out. He’s just so fcking disrespectful lmao.

Like I try to be nice and this is what I get. So its time to treat em like they treat me. I don’t even care about this job that much so it is what it is. And he had the nerve to say “if you keep talking to me like this, I’ll reconsider my contract with you guys”... If you could see my face rn. Like dude ain't nobody scared of you. When your house falls over because you rejected this inspection, thats on yo dumbass 😂🤷‍♀️

Like he really killed my vibe. The other day I finally reached 60/100 clients and 9/12 sales but today its like fck it. I just made 10/100 clients and 1/12 sales and only got 4 hours left of work. I don’t give af about these folks. And now my sis wanna come at me sideways too. She got me fcked up.

School made me a better person. Work did not. I just do not have the same fcking work ethic that I did back in school. I was such an overachiever. The workforce has such a brutal environment and makes jumping off a cliff look like the better option

In personal training your not supposed to be robotic like that so it makes it easier to connect with your clients nad build trust.

When I was a secretary though I had this chick come in and give me attitude about our hours being different despite it being plastered on everything and being up for several days so I put her in your place and called the manager for her and explained the situation. But she wanted to work out despite us closing and I was like your welcome to workout till I finish closing up and if your not done by then I'm locking you in here and setting the alarm.

She later came up to me and apologized for how she acted and I said it was good we all have bad days.

I like to be around people and I think I'm pretty good at reading them, so I know what not to say most of the time, but it is indeed very frustrating. I'll try. There's a sweet spot where you could respectfully put a horrible customer in their place, I'd like to hit that mark eventually. But yeah customer service has been a bit of a fear just from how you describe but also hundreds of other stories I hear. Not fear of them but fear of what they'd bring out of me. I'd fear getting fired from an overly sensitive boss or just happens to be the absolute wrong person to mess with being it's a small town and they're all tethered to eachother in some way typically. Luckily I actually might know my boss in the job I get so that'll probably help.

I deal with a public a lot in my job as a security officer and try defuse a situation or make sure it doesn't escalate to something more serious when someone as a problem with certain rules especially when the mask mandate was in effect I also get cursed at and called rent a cop also but my job I can't take nothing personally and just let it roll off or ingore and just let the person vent. There is times where had have people being unreasonable before and almost my cool and call someone a ashole for being very difficult. Luckily I had police officers backing me up at the time.

for a time, and at a certain job I had, many clients were wives, gilrfriends, children or minions of cartel people... or linked to cartels so, I think that was a very good training stage on dealing with clients and customer service

She went and complained on me, but didn't tell the manager that she asked me more than once how tall I was, and that I didn't answer the first time or the second time.

I worked in customer service when I first started working... and it was a fun experience for the most part, but there were a few people that you wanted to lose it on them but you can't. I would put them on hold and let it out.. Some people like to take advantage for the wrong reason
