Yes- but it's not saying quite what you probably want it to say. As written, it says "Without the assistance of my parents, I could have refrained from accomplishing it", which would mean the assistance of your parents made doing it mandatory.

What I think you're going for is "the assistance of my parents made it possible", which would be better phrased as "Could not have done it without the support of both my parents". It's not a huge difference in meaning, but the distinction can be important.
