Shouldn't it be: "Pretty stylish, isn't it?"

They are both correct and mean exactly the same thing.
Both are informal.
The original is cleaner because it is shorter and easier to say which is why it has been used it is probably also more modern.
You could also, if combined with a very upper class, blue blood, type English accent substitute 'no' for 'what'.
The difference is rhetorical? Stylistic? Cultural? Personal preference? Something of this nature.

"Pretty stylish, no?" or "Pretty stylish, yes?" would be perfectly understandable and correct, but they sound like something a person would say if English wasn't their first language. I assume that the person would also have an accent. If it was a girl, it would be cute.

But an English speaking person would say "Pretty stylish, isn't it?" or "Pretty stylish, don't you think?"
