Like there is no physical proof (liek cameras, or caught off guard) of the person wrong doing but it is just based on hunches due to the person personality or behavior is odd and because of that you can always tell the person is onto something, but like I said no proof.
My brother wants to fire the maid because he said she stole some money from her room where he kept the money and 2 days ago coincidentally that he wanted to take some money he could not find it and the maid is the one who cleans his room, My brother is very distracted as well and from time to time he forgets things, he is an anxious person. But he is 100% sure he left th emoney there and the only one who cleans his room is the maid.
The maid had been with us for like 10 y rs and she also had helped in assisting mom at the house (assisting like if my mom wants her to cook, she does it but it is not her obligation), If mom asks her to go to the market she goes, as well. The maid took care of my dad or assist my dad when he was ill at my house before passing away, cause we needed help to give my dad medicines and stuff like that. So after he died, she remain in the house and assist us. SHe also took care of my grandmother directly when she wa also in my house ill some y ears before my dad died.
My brother had never really trust her anyway, but on the other hand he asks her for favors to help him int he house (WTH then!!) But if she stayed it was for mom ( and elder woman) cause she assist mom or she stays with her if my bro or me are going out running errands, so mom won't be left alone int he meantime.
My brother had always said in the house certain clothes of him also had been lost in the some years and he firmly believes it is her (no proof of course) unless there is a ghost in my house who are stealing stuff!!
This maid does have a problem though that when she cleans stuff and she has to move things or put things in some new place, she does not let us now where she moved or
