What type of work policy should we now adopt with people who contract Covid?

For years in the office, there have been employees who come to work sick either because they are workaholics, the employers don't give sick days, or the workers can't afford to take time off. As a result, everyone in the workforce for the most part, has just delt with it. Now with Covid impacting the workforce, what in your opinion, should the policies be regarding if a worker can be in the office or should stay home if they have it regardless if they want to come in to work or not.

Quarantine them at home, cannot return to the office until a negative covid test
Regardless of test results, five days at home, then they can return to work
Depends: having/showing symptoms, stay home 5+ days, Not then continue working regardless of positive test
They can continue to work regardless of positive test or how severe or not their symptoms, just wear a mask
They can work regardless of severity of symptoms after positive test, no mask, free range
