So a co worker and I started to take to each other more seriously and we ended up deciding to date. We went as far as kissing a few times on dates. Then it slowly became hard to see her and set up dates. She ended up messaging me that she has enjoyed getting to know me but she'd rather stay friends than get into a relationship. She said the reason was because he had a bad experience dating a co worker in the past. Not sure if I totally believed her but I told her I understood and said we can remain being friends. We still texted each other almost every day since and I think the reason was more so me playing the slow game due to it being a co worker. Now she asked if I want to go on a hike in which it was the same hike we had our first kiss. I feel like the feelings are still there. Is it worth expressing my feelings to her again at the top of the hike? What would be thing to say to not ruin our relationship? I still have feelings for her.

Never date a co-worker as that stresses out the workplace and can destroy the Team atmosphere. Bad review and maybe fired comes out of this kind of move.
There's plenty of dating going on between co workers at the moment. We are not on the same team and our work doesn't correlate at all.
