Like if a guy goes to an Ivy League, automatic romantic interest from me, if he goes to Waterloo, automatic respect, Queens, automatic friendship, U of T, automatic inclusion on social media. I live in Canada.
I do very much like intelligent women, so education from a great school would be a fun bonus. However it’s not needed at all. She’s fine as long as she finished high school. lol Plus you don’t need college to be super smart.

No. Two of the best, most successful attorneys I know of got their law degrees at UC Davis and Pepperdine, respectively.

School is not as important as where you started after school was finished. With most professions, school is just the beginning. The actual training begins over the next 5 to 10 years. I make my decisions about people based on conversations with them. My physician when I lived in Georgia was a graduate of the Medical School of Georgia and was at the bottom of his class. His MCAT scores were horrid. Still, he got a job at a hospital in the midwest and later was the Chief Resident. Then came back to Atlanta and worked out of one of the hospitals on the north side. This man is one of the best physicians I have ever known. If you start getting overly concerned about schools you might miss a diamond!
My understanding is that so long as you understand the primary language, and have a good understanding of the applications of math, the progressive understanding of wisdom, situational awareness and tact, then the subjects that you learn outside your area of study are deemed irrelevant.
Simply doing things on your own after having these two core foundations will help you way more on your own progress than a classroom ever could. I have a very low opinion on the educational system simply because it's outdated, and half of the time it fails to teach you about things that are considered essential for everyday life, but then expects you to someone know how to use them in your later years, but I digress.
Personally I don't care.
Do I care if they went somewhere that costs a lot more for the same degree? Yeah, it shows they lack financial responsibility. Why pay so much for indoctrination and lies? Just get the piece of paper (degree) required for the job you want and get out.
Not really, however if i was interviewing people for a position and i had the choice between a guy that went to a fancy private college anbd had his rich parents pay forit all or somebody who went to a state school and worked a part time job to help pay for it I would pick the guy that went to the state school.
That seems a bit elitist, but if that’s the life you’re used to I guess it makes sense.
No. The two most successful attorneys I personally know did not attend Ivy League Universities.
If they went to Eton that automatically means they're a tosser.
No, I don't even care if my future girlfriend graduated high school
