Why do teachers always call on me?

It happens all the time. I am attentive, don't create disturbances and don't talk during the class. But the teachers all the time call on me whenever a question-answer session is going on.

I have tried changing my seats, from first to the last row, but things don't change. And it's not like that they do it because they have seen me breaking rules or not completing my homework in the past. Whenever there is a new teacher or I am new to an institution, I will always be the first student chosen to answer the question. If other kids sharing my desk talk, the teacher would ask me what's the thing going on. I have never had a single teacher that hasn't paid me attention.

What's wrong with me?

you're an adult, not in kindergarten anymore. If I was an employer and I see hiding under your desk, I would ask you to explain something to me; Do you think I am going to give you the promotion? Or the person that stands up in front of every and speaks intelligently? You are in your early 20s, so it is okay now because you are going to be flipping burgers, but if you want to make serious money like me, then you have to stop being passive.

I run a business, and I work 2 hours a day, making 80k a month. How can anyone that works for me follow me if I cannot lead? As an adult, you must stop being scared and talk, even if you are afraid. Or you will be stuck flipping burgers.

That is okay, but later, you must step up your game.
