Does it make them look stupid, unqualified, does it annoy you, or do you think it's a good think to ask lots of questions for help? What are your experiences of asking colleagues for help?
I don't mind lots of questions, especially if they are new and learning... this is actually what I would prefer because that's the way to get better at the job you're supposed to do
but I would pay attention to what is it that they do with the answers, are they actually adjusting and learning and getting better? or are they just kind of lost and not really able to apply themselves for some reason
and then there's the kind of workers that are actually doing a good job but they still ask to be sure or do hesitate on their own skill or work, and in those cases you need to reassure them and to make sure they gain that trust in what they are already doing right
so yes, I am up for questions... and whenever I was unsure or didn't know something, most of the times I would ask as well... figuring out myself is not always the best way to go... case by case scenario, of course

Asking questions is really good. I get to sort out any problems in my version of the concept too.
But... too many super basic questions ate the ones I do not like. It is not even annoying. It ir tiring to answer all those.
If you have this many questions, then better to get a manual ready😅.
It’s annoying and shows they don’t know what they’re doing
Asking questions brings wisdom

It sounds like someonew has crush 😻 on you alternative motivation. Other wide look at as positive bonding, if I was in your shoe look for body language if its a Dude trying to cross path where he is trapped and has no choice without exposing his excitement then there is only human thing to do is to get very sloppy and wet blow job precisely who would not. Be your biatch. That’s what I would label as happy ending session all lessons quite!!!
It really varies. Sometimes the questions are legit and needed; other times it's that person seeking attention; still other times they are genuinely clueless and are calling attention to that.
Ask questions. TAKE NOTES so you don't ask the same questions repeatedly.
If they are new then lots of questions is totally understandable. But if you've been there awhile and you still asking questions that you should know the answer to, then it's annoying.
There are no stupid questions, Just stupid people who ask them without thinking.
If they are new to the job, I see no harm. in them asking questions. I would rather a colleague ask for an opinion or advice on a task if they were unsure rather than rush in and mess it up.
I would just make excuses and ignore them all and what they ask you
It's better to question how a process should be taken to complete a task, rather than take a course of actions that are not correct.
They're asking questions because they're trying to attain perfection. You should appreciate them. They actually CARE!
I would rather have the questions than have to deal with cleaning up a multi million dollar mess.
Colleges at work lol 💃
Unfortunately it's normal 😕
