I'm anti-social, have a violent side, haven't worked in more than 10 years, PTSD and insomnia... possibly autistic, and I'm still taking care of my kid. Only thinking about work because the wife is about to retire and I doubt her ability to actually be able to do anything in the civilian world. ... I'll put it like this... anything customer service related is a ticking timebomb for me to murder somebody. I can do data entry though. Maybe security guard, because I have guns.

Been babysitting my own kids, one autistic, for about 10 years now. I'm wary about that kind of job though... I had to babysit a couple of kids for my wife (not hers, some girl at her work), and that was hell. The girl was cool, but I'm not going to lie, I wanted to slap the shit out of that boy. I barely maintained my integrity as a human being for like a week straight.

Geez... my Great Great grandmother had 17 so, it's doable. The money problem and the fact my last kid was autistic made me change my mind about having kids. I started the process to get my 3K tax-free per month from VA, but I'm going to have to take therapy and get a diagnosis. Then I have to tie it to the military. Then I get my money. This SSI sounds sweet... Same process to get that? I want my free gibs... I fucking earned it!

The whole thing took over 7 years and my mom was the one to do most of it because I didn't even really care for it.

If you work for 20 years then you can get SSDI which is an upgrade to SSI so long as you have a disability.

If you could be persistent, fall directions and fill out a bunch of fucking paperwork and get a diagnosis then you are all set.
