For background, I have a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Languages (English, Spanish and French) and I did follow 2 year Master in the same field.
I am 28 and ever since I left school, I still don't have no stable job and all the offers I get are always in customer service. I mean... I do have a diploma and It's true that I started working in customer service but I don't seem to get why this is the only work I keep getting offered. I would like to do something else with my life, something more fulfilling and after maybe 5 years of doing this work multiple times... I am tired of it. I'd like to get a better paying job and maybe something more stable for the next few years.
Actually I am working for a big enterprise but since my contract is coming to term, they wanted to make me a job offer. I was happy but then, I hear it's on customer service despite working for the last few months in Commerce.
Should I send resumes to different jobs? How can I shift my career to something more productive? I've been thinking of going back to school to change fields or maybe expand my resume but I am getting desperate.
Thanks for any help :)

You seem to be getting customer care related slots because your resume indicates you have experience in the field. To shift, you will need to risk it, be ready to drop it or even resign and start anew in commerce or languages fields - that is if you have funds or someone to support you financially before you are back on your feet again. You will need to start at a basic level or an internship, otherwise if it’s impossible, do and advance in courses related to customer service eg. marketing targeting managerial posts in future and a higher pay grade. Most people aren’t in their ideal careers but one has to find satisfaction through acceptance and betterment. Good luck.
I don't know what kind of job you can get because you can speak french and Spanish. I changed careers in my 30s. I went back to school and got an MS in Computer Science. It has been a good career. I decided on IT because it was in demand and it paid well. I was the one who managed the computer at my former place of employment and it seemed like I was good at it.
You need to do research on how much demand there is for certain skill sets, what you need for training and the most important is that you won;t absolutely hate it.
