I've been working at this company for nearly 4 years on a zero hour contract over a year ago she offered me a contract I turn it down because of the kids at weekends and we have new people coming now and I asked her about contract again she said if I can do 9am-4pm alternative weekends we have a deal so I put things in to place like child care etc then I told her it was all sorted then she make me do a interview for the same job I'm doing now she said I failed some questions i don't disagree with her I think that's the worst interview I've done because she's interviewed me before but my issue wouldn't it be easier to retrain me and give me a full-time contract then to hire someone who not trained for the job and having to train them and doing learning courses which least has be 95%otherwise your not aloud to work I'm at a 100% and she still letting me work for her why hasn't she terminated me

"wouldn't it be easier to retrain me. . .." That is entirely her decision to make, not yours.
And, by the way, you were previously offered a contract and you rejected it. She has a rght to ponder whether you have sufficient commitment to the enterprise.
That’s normal as they don’t want insurance. I know people that make excess of a 100,000 for 6 month contract because it’s cheaper than hiring and insurance coverage.
