My boss is very unsure of me when it comes to be able to do my job.
I feel almost gaslighted too. She has no confidence in me. Check out my list
- So far I have evidence of: discrimination, hostility, bullying, ignoring, harrasment, & avoidance
- My boss Bombarded me with 30 texts in under 40 min while on a phone with a customer.
- Stressed me out to the point I'm overwhelmed
- Hostile work environment
- I'm pregnant and she knows it.
- She not confident in me to do the job.. regardless if every customer on the phone praising my work that I do. People telling me I need to tell my boss I need a raise
- Threatened me about not having a job if I don't get the job as im still on probation. And that I need more training. She says things like she's extending my probation. I'm still having a really hard time.
- I've been mocked by coworkers and when confronted they are mute. And act super friendly it's fake trust me there's a lot more with them
- My boss doesn't want me to make any mistakes. She expects me to know the work and not make mistakes even though I'm under 90 days..
- Not Considering I Fix other people's mistakes I can't make mistakes?
- Sometimes I get foggy and overwhelmed knowing I'm being micromanaged.
- I have to learn to put people on hold as they tend to over due it with the questions. When I try to help every question I tend to get forgetful. They over do it.
- She literally ignores my every concern I have raised with her regarding work
- I've reached out to her boss for a 2:1 that was 2 weeks ago and nothing came of it. As I've been doing my job extremely well.
- What's going on and what would you do?

Learn to do your job in your way as long as it is efficient. Put your phone on silent mode when at work. So it doesn't affect you when talking to a customer. If you been at work for less than 90 days you shouldn't ask for a raise, you accepted the wrong salary when you took the job if you do.
Tf are you talking about?
You hit every point but the literal question I'm asking
You need to learn to handle conflicts by reducing the conflict zones. That free up energy to take it down issue by issue.
That's fair. How do I reduce a conflict zone when people project. I am always willing to learn and grow more. I know learning and mastering my job will help too... mostly
Learn to ignore the source that does not contribute to your goals and is either repearing what you know or isn't helpful at all. And try your best to not complain or talk shit about any coworkers. Because you will only reinforce your bad situation that way.
How does a stranger call in to the company but the number on the caller id says the compamy name? ↗
Do you think I'm over thinking it?
You are too much drama to help... look at that list.
Its literally best to not say shit!
