One of my 3 new Bosses is very chatty and upbeat with everyone but me, Even with employees from Other departments He barely knows. With me He is Polite but a bit cold and only jokes with me in group settings.
The first time I saw him during the panel Interview I felt like He stared at me a bit too Long with a wide grin and did Not look away when I caught him.
What could be the reason for his cold attitude towards me? I was always polite to him but for some reason He seems to avoid me

It's difficult to know for sure what may be causing your boss's behavior towards you, as there could be a variety of factors at play. Here are some possibilities:
1. Personality differences: It's possible that your boss's personality simply doesn't mesh well with yours, and he feels more comfortable interacting with others.
2. Misunderstandings: There may have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding between you and your boss that has led to an uncomfortable dynamic.
3. Past experiences: Your boss may have had negative experiences with people who remind him of you in some way, which has led him to be cautious or distant with you.
4. Unconscious biases: Unfortunately, unconscious biases can sometimes play a role in how people interact with others. It's possible that your boss has an unconscious bias against you based on factors such as your gender, race, or age.
It's important to remember that your boss's behavior towards you is not necessarily a reflection of your worth or abilities as an employee. If you're concerned about your relationship with your boss, it may be helpful to try to have an open and honest conversation with him to see if there are any issues that can be addressed. Additionally, seeking feedback from other colleagues or a mentor may provide additional insights or perspectives.
Maybe he just needs time to get use to you and accept you into the company.
