Unlike the Army, Marines and Air Force where the personnel work, fight and serve their country... the Navy is all drinking grog and sailing/steaming from ocean to ocean to dance and sleep with girls.

I don't think the Navy qualifies as military.

Also, the cannons on those ships are just for show.

First and foremost, chasing women? Please, everyone knows the Navy is super duper gay and even the meanest destroyers and cruisers are pride party boats in less than a week at sea. Don't even talk about submarines...

They're military alright, but everyone also knows they don't know how to use guns, which is why their ships have very few to speak of and they need to hire nerds to fire missiles instead.
